Ensure that the Candidate is the same through out the recruitment process

Physical Impersonation Identification is where the candidate is represented by another person on the interview and not the actual candidate to crack the interview. These can be at various levels of the interview as mentioned below;

  • An impostor attends the entire interview process and the person joining the company after the selection process is completely different.
  • In every round of the interview a different person attends the interview as there would be a   different interviewer for every round and the person conducting the interview is not aware of how the actual candidate looks and therefore the impersonation goes undetected

RiteHire Recruit captures the actual image of the candidate either from the Video Consent or by LinkedIn validation or by an image of the candidate on the resume if available and if none of these are available, the candidates’ facial profile will be picked from the first round of the interview. The reference image is validated via Facial Biometric Analysis and will make sure that the original candidate is attending the interview in the corresponding rounds. In case of any possible impersonations are identified, the same will be flagged to the recruiter post the interview.
