We are a bunch of engineers with a cumulative experience of more than a century, aspiring to build a technology platform that can solve a global issue effectively and yet be light and simple. We strongly believe in the fact that the future will be dominated by AI focused on understanding and analysing human emotions in every business-line we can think of. Hence, our efforts to build a world class technology that beat the odds by accurately predicting what the human emotions are behind every statement made during an interaction. This however turn out to be a magnanimous and yet a magnificent journey so far. It took us over 5K hours in R&D and an equal amount in development efforts. Our solution eventually turned out to be a combination of Behavioural Science, Applied Mathematics and AI Technology. Thanks to our panel of experts on the advisory panel, the journey was quite exciting all through and eventually rewarding. Rite Hire is a result of exemplary efforts from people of multiple domains coming together to solve a major problem that was haunting the recruitment circuit big time – A need for Scientific and Effective hiring process. The AI solution looks into a dozen body language parameters to call out the odds and to identify the personality and the confidence behind. The critical elements we analyse are as mentioned below.

The Start
After months of deliberation, Feedfront Technologies was finally a legal entity. This started the formal journey of living our dreams of making a difference to the world we live in.
The Recognition
Just months into the legal entity being established, we got identified by NASSCOM backed COE DSAI Acceleration Program. This turned out to be a shot in the arm by getting us expert advise and Guidence from industry experts and by the people who have done it.
The Validation
After almost two years since the conceptualisation stage, we finally prove our point. We formally sign our first contract after a POC that got us 98.62% accuracy. Now is a new beginning for us to go save the world some quality time by helping them improve their hiring process with AI.
