Job aspirants these days have started to exploit the situation by adopting malpractices such as Vocal Impersonation wherein the candidate is lip syncing for someone else’s voice who is responding to the interviewer’s queries or taking assistance from supporting material, usually online content on the screen whilst looking straight into the camera. These malpractices, in most cases can go undetected or get ignored to human eyes and can cause more damage to the hiring organisation than good.
